Cupcakes by Lia Della is a small batch cupcake bakery. Please be aware of the following conditions before ordering.

* Minimum total order is for 12 regular cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes.

* We need 24 to 48 hours notice for standard designs.

* For large orders and custom designs we require two weeks notice. This allows us to obtain speciality ingredients and craft custom icing.

* Cupcakes are available for collection in Ballajura or we can organise delivery in a limited area from $10, which includes setup.

* Allergen notice – Our cupcakes contain eggs and flour and may contain traces of nuts.

* 50% deposit is required on ordering with balance due on delivery/collection.

* Payments can be made in cash or direct deposit to our account. Contact us for bank details.

* Due to the competitive pricing of our cupcakes, no further discounts apply.
